  • Hello! Welcome to Z Fit Fitness. My name is Zavian Burns and I am elated that you have chosen me to be your personal trainer. Taking care of your body is not a quick fix, but a lifestyle of healthy choices. This program consists of all levels of fitness to maximize a complete workout. You are responsible for knowing your body. Please consult with your physician before starting my program. You are required to take before, progression and after pictures to document your journey. This is nonnegotiable. Payment is due prior to or in full before our training session begin! No refunds will begiven! I look forward to working with you. Thank you for this opportunity!

Burns, it’s employees and volunteers the right to photograph before and after pictures, video and photograph our exercise routines for documentation and publication to build her profile as a certified personal trainer.
