Expression of Interest for Collaboration with Strive Overseas Consultancy (SOC)

This form is intended to gather expressions of interest for potential collaboration with Strive Overseas Consultancy (SOC) from the following parties.

Partnership Categories
1. Associates from India (AFI)

Eligible Entities:
- Individual Recruiters / Freelancers
- Sub-Agents / Sub-Vendors
- Recruitment Agencies / Firms
- Talent Sourcing Associates
Scope of Collaboration:
- Serve as CV Supply Partners to source qualified candidates for SOC’s recruitment mandates.
- Act as Interview Hosting Partners to facilitate candidate screening processes.
- Collaborate as Talent Pipeline Partners for roles based in India.
2. Associates Outside India (AOI)

Eligible Entities:
- International Recruitment Agencies
- Freelance Recruiters / Sourcing Experts
Scope of Collaboration:
- Source candidates for SOC’s requirements in non-Indian regions, including but not limited to:

- Educational Institutions (Universities, Colleges)
- Certification & Training Providers
Scope of Collaboration:
- Provide upskilled candidates aligned with SOC’s industry requirements.
- Partner on workforce development programs, certifications, or tailored training modules.
- Facilitate talent onboarding through campus placements or apprenticeship programs.
