    Dear Doctor

    General Introduction

Welcome to the rapid screening test to find out the severity of the addiction or excessive use of any substance. This scale is devised by WHO and has been used across the world. This is a secured platform for taking information about screening your patient for Substance Use disorder. There are hyperlinks to understand better about different terminology.

We are also working on an algorithm, where as per the ASSIST score, you will get a guidance tool about the intervention.

    It has two parts

    1. Part 1: is regarding you, your details, location etc.

    2. Part 2: Information about your substance use, duration, and nature and it ends with ASSIST ( Alcohol, Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test)

Please enter all the fields, so that it gives accurate results. You will see the scores immediately once you finish.

    All the best
