  • Important Cancellation Terms & Conditions

    1. 30-Day Notice Requirement:
    All membership cancellations require a 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
    Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

    2. Early Termination Fee:
    If canceling within the first three months of membership, a $100 early termination fee will apply.

    3. No Refund Policy:
    Membership fees are non-refundable. Any unused sessions after cancellation will not be reimbursed or credited.

    4. Final Billing & Auto-Renewal:
    If your cancellation request is submitted less than 30 days before your next billing date,
    your membership will renew for one final billing cycle before termination.

    5. Session Usage After Cancellation:
    You may continue to use your membership benefits until the final billing period ends.
    Unused sessions will expire at the end of the cycle.

    6. Outstanding Payments:
    Any unpaid fees or missed payments must be settled before cancellation can be processed.

    7. Membership Reactivation:
    If you choose to return in the future, you may need to reapply and pay any applicable enrollment fees.
