Symphonic Band & Orchestra Clinics

At Sacred Heart, we love working with high school and middle school music teachers to provide quality experiences for band & orchestra students and strengthen the foundations that are being taught each and every day in your schools. We would welcome the opportunity to work with your students here on campus! Your performance does not need to be concert ready by any means. If you want to play one piece, that's great! If you want to do a dry-run of your entire concert, that's great, too! We want to help your students, regardless of where they are in their preparation process. Most clinics will be around an hour long but that can be changed depending on your availability. Standard percussion equipment will be provided, but sticks/mallets should be brought by each ensemble. If you have specific equipment questions please let us know. There are three weeks in the year where these clinics are being offered for the 2026-2027 school year, which are December 14-17, March 9-11, and May 18-21. Please use this form to provide some basic information if you'd like to bring your students to our campus.You may select your preferred dates below. If you want to come on multiple days within the same week, please submit a form for each date you'd like to come to campus.
