For Marketing Purposes: I create social media posts announcing the different milestones of your trip i.e. "Just Booked", "Travel Day", and "Welcome Home". These posts are for marketing my business only and not trying to ruin anyones privacy as they are posted on my Facebook Business pages, as well as my personal Facebook and Instagram. For the first two post ("Just Booked" and "Travel Day") I refer to you and your party by the first intial of your last name, and for the "Welcome Home" post, I use your last name, and only your last name. I have listed three options below, please choose which option you feel comfortable with. Please know a post will be made regardless, but I can make them more anonymous if you wish.

Credit Card Authorization:
When we have determined the best package for you and your family, your credit card will be required to be put on file for your deposit and possible payments towards your vacation package. I do not keep your information on my computer, it is written down on an index card and kept in a locked box until the information is needed for payment. If we have set up a payment plan, I will message you up to 24 hours ahead of time to make you aware that I will be making a payment on your behalf. Once you have traveled that index card is then destroyed. Please check "YES" below that you understand this and are authorizing me to proceed with this information regarding your credit card and credit card usage.

How I work:

Once you have filled out the form, it will take 24-48 hours to process your request. I will request either an in person meeting or phone call to discuss your proposal in the email I send.

If you have any questions regarding your upcoming trip, please submit them to me in an email and I will follow up with in 24-48 hours.

I am available between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. If you call, email, or text after 4:30 pm, I will answer your inquiry the next business day.
