A few notes about working with Chispas Catering by Chef Lydia Gonzalez and Latino Culinary Institute and Association (LCIA):
- A 50% deposit will be required to confirm catering services.
- Requests must be received a minimum of 72 hours in advance.
- Chispas Catering by Chef Lydia Gonzalez and LCIA will always work to meet the requirements of all requests submitted. However, Chispas Catering by Chef Lydia Gonzalez and LCIA reserve the right to decline requests based on availability, capacity, and menu selections, for any request received with less than 72-hour notice.
- Requests received less than 72 hours in advance will include a 25% service charge.
- Full service requests require a $1,000 food and beverage (F&B) minimum.
- Drop-off catering require a $500 food and beverage (F&B) minimum.

- Requests can be considered confirmed after the deposit is paid.
