Convention Registration is non-transferrable. All sales are final.

Roadrunner registration (PTA MEMBER): April 1 - May 5 = $225 per person
Coyote registration (PTA MEMBER): May 6 - May 29 = $275 per person
Onsite Registration (PTA MEMBER): June 21/22 = $350 per person *Meals/rooms not guaranteed
Onsite Registration: (Non-PTA Member): $400.00 per person *Meals/rooms not guaranteed

In accordance with the Arizona PTA Bylaws each local unit shall be entitled to be represented at the annual convention of the Arizona PTA by four (4) of its officers or their alternates, and by one additional delegate per fifty (50) members or major fraction thereof as shown on the books of the state treasurer on March First (1st). If you are sending an officer other than one of the four main officers or a delegate who is not an officer, please make sure to send your meeting minutes approving the alternates and/or additional delegates for voting delegate status. Every delegate must register and pay for the convention to vote during General Session. Only those who were paid members of a local unit in Good Standing by March First (1st) will be considered voting delegates.
