Airfare to/from Sicily - Note we have coordinated a group travel from Miami for those who want to be part of the group going from Miami to Zurich and Zurich to Palermo round trip. Not required to take this flight.
Travel Insurance - see me for quote
Personal spa treatments, shopping, anything outside of the scope of group activities. There will be a free day in Palermo where you can go/do/be whatever you'd like and those costs are yours. The group dinner, however on the free day will be included in the package price.
Lodging on Palermo on 6/13 if needed to coordinate return flights home. We will provide transportation back to Palermo central location tbd.

I understand I am participating in a Retreat offered by Real Time Wisdom, LLC dba Nourish Your Soul Retreats Sicily, Italy

I understand that all questions about the event, the nature of the event, payment procedures, travel information to and from Sicily/Italy and any other matters arising must be directed to Sevante at ciftofficial888@gmail.com. The exception to this is if you booked travel details directly with Joanne Brace of Travel Counsellors.

I understand I must have medical insurance and by submitting this waiver and release I am affirmatively stating I have necessary coverage.

I understand that we will be visiting countries and locations where a series of vaccinations are recommended by the CDC. You will be given specific suggestions and protocols from Lainie Sevante Wulkan well in advance of travel to prepare for the journey.

I understand I will be walking, swimming, hiking, practicing yoga and will be in different temperature conditions. I recognize that these activities may require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the retreat and any overseas travel precautions.

I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions (including mental health) that would prevent my full participation.

I understand that if I am pregnant, I will take the necessary steps to ensure my doctor and health care providers know I am participating in this retreat. I assert that I am of fit health to participate in the retreat and will alert all teachers whose sessions I participate in that I am pregnant.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the retreat, including any travel and any or all activities done at the retreat, or as an individual at the selected accommodations, shuttles and facilities included on the Nourish Your Soul Retreat.

I, the traveler, declare and state that it is my personal decision to travel, and I am doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the risks of COVID-19.

For medical and health information, we recommend going to the Centers for Disease Control website at www.cdc.gov/travel, then click on “Destinations” and scroll to the name of the destination country.

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Sicily, Italy Nourish Your Soul Retreat, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Nourish Your Soul Retreats, Real Time Wisdom, LLC, Lainie Sevante Wulkan any and all Retreat Hosts, facilitators and/or LLC, and staff for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the retreat.

I, my heirs and legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Lainie Sevante Wulkan, Real Time Wisdom, LLC dba CIFT, for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.

I give permission to CIFT, and all Retreat Hosts, facilitators and/or LLC to photograph and video me and use such photograph(s) and video(s) in all forms of media, in perpetuity, worldwide. I consent to the use of my name in connection with the photograph(s) and video(s).

I understand that I will not receive any payment for my time or expenses or any royalty for the publication of photograph(s) or video(s) or the use of my name and I hereby release Nourish Your Soul, Real Time Wisdom, LLC and/or any parties including any contractors designated by the Company from any such claims.

I certify that I have read and fully understand this consent and release and that all questions pertaining to this consent have been answered to my satisfaction.I further understand that I may make a written request to Provider and to CIFT to be omitted from photography or videography during the event. I understand that a written request must be received and acknowledged in writing no later than 5 days before the start date of the event.

I acknowledge that all payments made to CIFT are non-refundable and I understand insurance is strongly recommended in order to protect my investment.

I understand this insurance must be purchased within 20 days of purchasing travel to be eligible for the "cancel for any reason" insurance. Standard insurance can be purchased at any time before the trip begins. If I choose not to purchase travel insurance from Global Rescue I will consider purchasing a comparable cancel for any reason insurance policy of my choice.
