2025/2026 Intent to Enroll
This intent form is the INITIAL STEP in the process for placement on the 2025/2026 Enrollment Waitlist and Lottery. Filling out this form does not guarantee that your student will be immediately added to the waitlist or enrolled at CLA.
Please note the instructional model and attendance requirements based on your student's grade level. Your submission of this form will serve as confirmation that you have read and understand the requirements below.

Elementary Program: Students are expected to attend in-person learning Monday-Thursday.  Fridays are dedicated to asynchronous learning through guided learning activities.

Middle School Program:  Students are expected to work Monday - Friday in all courses. Students are required to attend on-campus classes, meetings, and support as outlined by their Teachers and School Administration. Fridays are dedicated to asynchronous learning through guided learning activities.

High School Program:  Students are expected to work Monday - Friday in all online courses. Students are required to attend campus meetings, classes, and support as outlined by their class Advisor, Teachers and/or School Administration. There is a required on-campus face-to-face meeting once a week during the student's designated Advisory class.
