Spring Membership Incentive - Badge Choice

Co-Leaders should complete for the troop. Parents of Juliette Girl Scouts (not in a troop) can also complete for one free badge. Badges must be claimed by June 8, 2025.
Complete ONE form for each troop. For multi-level troops, select the multi-level option and pick 1 badge for each grade level.

All eligible Girl Scouts in troop will receive the same badge (multi-level troops can select 1 badge per level). Council will calculate total number of badges needed.

If more than one form is submitted per troop, council will use the most current submission for badge selection.
