To be eligible for the RISE Scholar Award, the following components must be completed by April 21, 2025 (by 8pm PST):

1. This RISE Scholar Award Application, including the following uploads:
- A Research Report (see guidelines)
- A Parental Consent and Media Release Agreement
2. RSVP to Present a Poster
