• McCormick Wood Shop

  •    We offer our members a one-of-a-kind experience in our well-equipped woodshop. The Woodworkers' Shop is located in the basement of the Senior Center.

The shop is available Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm during normal Senior Center hours. Member access is by a coded door lock. Tools may not be taken from the shop.

In addition to Bozeman Senior Social Center membership, an annual Woodworkers membership of $20 grants access to the shop. This is paid after a woodshop safety orientation.

Meetings are the first Wednesday of each month, September through May.

  • The McCormick Woodshop is named to honor the contributions of Roger, twin brother Ralph, and wife Sylvia, whose insight, entrepreneurship, and tireless hard work provided the funding for the improvement of the senior center woodshop. In 2015, with funds raised by the McCormicks, the center began replacing old donated tools with modern, more accurate and safer equipment.
