The final step in your application for our Matchmaker position is to submit a very short video clip so we can really get a feel for who you are.

As a Matchmaker, you'll conduct video consultations with new clients during their initial onboarding - discussing their preferences, relationship goals, and what they're looking for in a partner. Since video communication is essential for these client consultations, we need to see how you present yourself on camera.

Since VIDA is a virtual company, this video also helps us get to know who you are before you join our team.

Don't stress about perfection! We don't need you to look camera-ready or have a perfect background. We just need you to give us a meaningful answer to our question and be yourself - the same authentic communication style you'd use with clients.

Video requirements:

- Length: 2 minutes maximum
- Quality: Phone camera quality is perfectly fine - no professional equipment needed
- Audio: Clear enough that we can understand you without straining
