Hours:
Setup may be done after 3:00 p.m. EST when Headstart is in session the day before the event. The building will be available to the renter the day of the event for setup from 8:00 a.m. EST until 11:00 p.m. EST. All activities must end by 11:00 p.m. EST.
Reservation:
Reservation should be made at least three (3) weeks or earlier prior to the event. This includes reservation for all Bowen East District activities as well. Dates for annual BED events are automatically reserved. Cancelation must be made two (2) weeks before the event. The event will be reserved and placed on the BED calendar when the official designee approves the use. The appropriateness for the occasion in the facility will be determined by the official designee of the BED.
Rental Fee:
Damage deposit = $50.00. Damage deposit is due when the reservation is made. No reservation will be made until a damage deposit is paid. The damage deposit is in addition to the rental fee deposit of $100.00. The renter fee must be paid two (2) weeks before the affair. The damage deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the facility by BED designee. Active churches (members of the BED churches that have registered at the BED convention for two consecutive years) will have a rental fee of $150.00. Inactive churches (not registered for two consecutive years at the BED convention) will have a rental fee of $200.00. The rental fee will be $250.00 for non-member churches and individuals outside of the BED Association. A $100.00 rental deposit must be made at the time of signing the rental agreement.
