2025 SNEMN Camp L.I.T. Application
REGISTRATION: All applications are due by May 31, 2025. (subject to change)
LOCATION: All Camps will be held at Rumney Bible Conference in Rumney, NH. The physical address is 31 Gilford Ave. Rumney, NH 03266. All persons are admitted without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, or handicap.
MANDATORY ALL-STAFF TRAINING: All staff/Leaders/LITs MUST attend the All-Staff Training held in person. The Mandatory training date will take place the Sunday before each summer camp. More information to come upon completing your application. TRAINING IS MANDATORY.
MEDICAL POLICY – An RN working with standing orders from a local physician will always be on the grounds. Our camps are covered by limited accident and liability insurance.
EMERGENCIES, VISITORS, & PHONES: In case of an emergency, please call the following number for Chris Hurtado - (860) 580-6650 or White Mountain Camps– (603) 786-9504. Under normal circumstances, you should not be visited or contacted by phone while at camp.
OPENING & CLOSING OF CAMP: All Staff/Leaders/LITs must check in upon arrival. It is imperative that you be at the campground at 8 am on the day of camp before students arrive. We ask that all staff and LITs remain on campus until dismissed by the Camp Director.
CABINS & ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: Upon arrival, you will be assigned a team name and bunk area, including bed assignments for your campers. Housing will be assigned by Gender at Birth.
WHAT TO BRING: Bible, flashlight, towels/washcloths, appropriate clothing, bedding, pillow, notebook/pen, jacket, rainwear, sneakers, personal care articles, sunscreen, bug repellent, sleepwear, swimwear, and anything else needed for overnight stays.
WHAT TO FORGET: Weapons, knives, electronics, TV’s, drugs, fireworks, firearms, cigarettes/tobacco. If these items are found, they will be confiscated.
DRESS CODE: Campers and staff should maintain a neat appearance, setting a positive example. Inappropriate attire includes tube tops, strapless or spaghetti-strap tops, mini skirts, and excessively short shorts/skorts. Clothing that advertises drugs, alcohol or inappropriate language is prohibited.
Swimwear: Swimwear must be one-piece for women and swimming shorts/trunks for men.
Shoes: For safety reasons, shoes, sandals, or sneakers must be worn at all times.
**SNE Ministry Network may request a change of attire if necessary.
RULES & GUIDELINES: Specific rules will be given at all staff training and are available in the staff manual. Any infraction of the rules and guidelines will result in expulsion from the camp at your expense.
BACKGROUND CHECK: A criminal background check will be run on each Staff/Leader. Your social security number and date of birth are required for this purpose.
SPECIAL NOTES: L.I.T.'s are required to pay $165. The remaining costs are paid through the camp budget.
Please take notice: Staff and L.I.T. applications are accepted on an as-needed basis. The SNE Ministry Network Camp Director reserves the right to refuse an application based on lack of need or failure to meet specific criteria. Please inform your church's camp coordinator that you have applied to be a leader at camp.
