Waiver and Release of Liability
I acknowledge that participation in the Crossroads Easter Egg Hunt event hosted by Metro Church by myself and my family, including my children, may involve some risks, including potential illness or injury. I understand that these risks may arise from our own actions or the actions of others, including participants, volunteers, or event sponsors.

In consideration of the opportunity for my family to participate in this event, I voluntarily assume all risks on behalf of myself and my children associated with participation during the event. I accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or expenses that may occur as a result of our participation, including any necessary medical treatment authorized by the event organizers, staff, volunteers, or representatives (collectively referred to as “event sponsors”).

Furthermore, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Metro Church and its event sponsors from any liability or claims arising out of our participation in this event.
