Acknowledgement Agreement:

If I have not arrived by 5:15pm, I understand that my booth location may be moved. 

I understand that no food, drinks or snacks may be distributed from my booth without prior written approval from the Owasso Chamber.          

I understand that costumes and costume characters must receive prior written approval from the Owasso Chamber to be present.          

I will keep the sidewalks behind my booth clear for Owasso Chamber staff and guests.

I will not trade, switch or share the use of my space with any other individual, business, or organization without written approval from the Owasso Chamber.

I will keep my booth open until 8:30pm.         

I will not remove my booth until after 9:00pm.    

I will conduct business only from inside my assigned booth space.

I will not block the street with my business, materials, presentations, or personnel.  

I will not distribute information outside my booth or up and down the street. 

I will leave my area cleaner than it was when I arrived.

I will look for ways to help other vendors.

I understand that the Owasso Chamber does not provide tables, tents, chairs, lights, or other vendor-supplied resources.  

I understand that the Owasso Chamber is a 501(c)6 not-for-profit organization led and served by volunteers and is not directly related to the City of Owasso.

I understand that failure to honor my word may prevent me from participating in future Owasso Chamber events.
