Please help us by ensuring that we have your correct (and complete) address. Once goods have been signed for at the delivery address, the order will be considered delivered. Please note that deliveries to plots, farms, construction and townships sites are not possible. If delivery is to be made inside a security estate, or at a company, please inform your receptionists and/or security about the delivery. Also note that courier companies do not always call before delivering.

f you are going to be collecting from us here at 37 Southfield Road in Plumstead, then please note. The order needs to come from Midrand down to Cape Town and this is done via inter branch courier service. In order to use this inter branch courier service, we can only order on Tuesdays + Thursdays, then the order takes about 2 to 3 days to arrive here in Cape Town at no cost to you the customer.

Once the order has been placed, the ETA for all collections is based on the the normal courier standard time frame of 3 to 7 working days. Your order may arrive in just 3 days and or for courier delays then allow for up to 7 working days. Should this happen then this is beyond our control. This happens very rarely!!! Also please note, if you use the Yoco payment gateway, then please allow 2 to 3 working days for the funds to clear + the standard courier times of 3 to 7 working days for the order to arrive here in Cape Town as stock is only to be found in Midrand, so its better if one makes an immediate EFT payment into our FNB business bank account as this cuts out the 2 to 3 working days for the funds to clear. If we are shipping your order to you, then to please also allow 3 to 7 working days for your order to arrive. This is standard shipping ETA times. Your location will effect this ETA time frame + the Yoco processing of your payment (2 to 3 working days) Immediate EFT into our bank account will cut through this 2 - 3 working days payment clearance time frame.*
