SHOW DETAILS

The show is doubling in size this year to accommodate up to 48 vendors (we can add booth spaces beyond this as needed in an adjoining room). The space is newly renovated and airconditioned with a full-service bar, cafe and lounge area with seating for vendors and guests throughout the weekend. All booth spaces are 10ft wide x 8ft deep, with electricity, for $150 each.

Tear Down
- Sunday, June 29th: 3pm-8pm

Booth Reservation - please select the number of booths and any tables or tablecloths you would like reserved and available for you upon arrival. An invoice will be emailed to you via Square upon submission.

By submitting this application, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gay Fad Studios, their officers, agents, employees and volunteers from and against all loss, cost, expense, damage, liability or claims, whether groundless or not, arising out of bodily injury, sickness, disease or death which may be sustained or claimed by any person(s), or damage or destruction of any property, including the loss of use thereof, based on any act or omission, negligent or otherwise, of the Vendor or anyone acting in its behalf with or incident to Gay Fad Studios on June 24-29, 2025. The vendor shall, at its own cost and expense defend any such claim and any suit, action, or proceeding which may be commenced thereunder. The Vendor shall pay and all judgements that may be recovered in any suit, action or proceeding, and any and all expenses, including but not limited to, costs, attorney's fees and settlement expense that may be incurred herein.
