Requests for letters and information for medical (GP, paediatrician, CDS, etc) or allied health professionals (OT, Physio, Speech, etc) will require up to 10 working days.Requests for completion ofteacher observation questionnaires such as Vanderbilt, Conners, ABSEA, etc willrequire up to 10 working days.Requests for all other documentswill require between 5 and 10 business days depending on the complexity of thedocument.Where a request is received thatrequires longer than the above time frames, a member of our staff will reachout to discuss this with you.Where we do not already haveconsent to share with the person or business identified above, completion ofconsent to share will be required. Thetime lines above will not begin until consent has been received.
