This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Essential Key Hypnotherapy ("Provider") and the undersigned client ("Client") for participation in The Essential Key Membership ("Membership").
1. Membership Overview
The Essential Key Membership is a recurring monthly program designed to provide ongoing hypnotherapy support, tools, and resources to help clients maintain emotional wellness, mental clarity, and personal transformation.
2. What’s Included
As a Member, you will receive:
- One (1) private 1:1 hypnotherapy session per month (virtual or in-person, as arranged)
- Access to exclusive members-only hypnosis audios and meditations
- Early access to retreats, workshops, and special events
- Member-only discounts on select services and offerings
3. Payment Terms
- Membership Fee: $180.00
- Billing occurs monthly on the original sign-up date using the payment method on file.
- Minimum commitment: 3 months
- Cancel anytime after the initial commitment period with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
4. Scheduling & Session Use
- It is the client’s responsibility to schedule their monthly session.
- Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
5. Confidentiality & Ethics
All sessions are confidential and conducted under professional ethical standards. The Provider agrees to maintain the privacy of all shared information in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
6. Client Responsibility
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. While results can be powerful, individual progress varies. Clients are encouraged to use the tools, resources, and sessions provided to support their ongoing growth.
This membership is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. By signing, the client affirms they are not experiencing any condition that requires immediate psychiatric or medical attention.
7. Termination & Refunds
The Provider reserves the right to terminate membership for disruptive behavior, abuse of services, or nonpayment.
Refunds will not be issued for partially used months or unused sessions.
8. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Membership Agreement.
