  • CIAF plays a critical role in strengthening Queenslands Aboriginal and Torres Strait  Islander culture by providing the opportunity for artists to share stories, collaborate and celebrate their connection to Culture and Country. Additionally, it offers an important interface for the broader community to experience Aboriginal and Torres Strait culture and purchase artwork in an ethically run marketplace.

    CIAF is committed to strengthening and celebrating culture, creating professional development opportunities for artists, providing a culturally safe and inclusive space as well as fostering cultural exchange between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and CIAF visitors.

    If your organisation provides experiences or services related to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples working within the Arts sector, the CIAF  program is your opportunity to be in front of thousands of visitors. CIAF Industry booths are intended for the promotion or artist related services. Should your organisation wish to sell any items, CIAF strictly requires your request in writing.

    Industry Booth Bump out: Sun 13 July 3:00-6:00pm, Mon 14 July 9:00 - 5:00pm

  • Please complete the form below by 13 June, 2025

    Places are limited and applications are competitive. Please note that applying does not guarantee a space in the CIAF Art Fair Showcase. Applications will be assessed and eligibility will be at the discretion of the CIAF management.

    If your submission is successful, it will then form the contractual agreement between the Exhibitor and CIAF (ABN 64167840100) and both parties will be bound by the terms included.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    • I agree to pay the full booth fee amount prior to bumping in.  If final payment is not made by 20 June 2025, a booth will NOT be held for the exhibitor.
    • I agree to follow the specifications that CIAF set in the design of the floor plan and agree to present all works in a professional manner.
    • I understand that the delivery of exhibition display items is the responsibility of the Exhibitor and insurance of display items; including televisions and any tech equipment, must be undertaken by the exhibitor.
    • I agree that CIAF will not be held financially responsible for damage to/breakage of exhibition items including televisions and any tech equipment.
    • I agree that all expenses incurred to attend CIAF are the exhibitors responibility. This includes the registration fee, insurance of display items transport and display materials (i.e. plinths and racks etc.)
    • I agree that CIAF reserves the right to photograph Industry booths for promotion and marketing purposes. If you wish not to have your booth photographed, please advise in writing.
    • I agree that the installation and deinstallation of the booth is the responsibility of the exhibitor and will occur on teh following dates: Booth Bump in: Wed 9 July, 9am-3:00pm & Bump out: Sun 13 July 3:00-6:00pm, Mon 14 July 9:00 - 5:00pm
