Festival preparations/take down require a good level of fitness as much of the work is quite physical, and Manjushri is a large building with extensive grounds.

I will respect the Community Life at Manjushri KMC. We ask that all our volunteers follow some basic principals of living within a Buddhist community, namely; not to drink alcohol, take drugs, smoke, vape, or eat meat/fish on the premises. We also ask you not to play musical instruments, or listen to music without headphones. During my visit I agree to comply with the Centre's rules, particularly concerning the supervisors, working hours and my behaviour.
