Travel: the registration fee does not include the cost of travel between the participant's home country and the course venue. Participants are responsible for holding a valid passport and obtaining the appropriate visa for the country in which the course is held, for any country in which a transit or stopover is required. The registration fee does not include the costs of passports, visas, and airport taxes.

Withdrawal, cancellation policy and refunds. Cancellation requested by the participant to the original booking must be communicated by written declaration to the Organizing Secretariat. If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the course, 50% of the total cost will be charged. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the end of the course. If cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the start of the course, 100% of the total cost will be charged and no refunds will be made after this date. In the event that the course is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances and unforeseen events, the Organizing Secretary will refund all registration fee paid, less an administration fee of Euro 20,00. No party will be entitled to any compensation for damages resulting from the cancellation. If the course is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances and unforeseen events, the Organizing Secretary will keep the registration fee already paid valid for the new edition of the course, without any possible additional costs for the course registration. If the participant does not attend the new date, 50% of the total cost will be charged and the participant will receive a refund of 50% of the total cost. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the end of the course. No party will be entitled to any compensation for damages resulting from the postponement. IMPORTANT: Registration does not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that once you have registered for the course and booked your travel, you have your own travel insurance to cover loss, cancellation, medical assistance, etc. for any reason. The Course Organization accepts no responsibility for delegates who do not have insurance.
