Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to Premier Foods and Unitas Wholesale’s promotion for a chance to win a meet and greet with Jos Buttler for the winner and a local cricket club partnered with Chance to Shine (the "Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you will be legally bound by these Terms.
If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of the Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.

The Promoter and the Agency
Premier Foods Group Limited of Premier House, Centrium Business Park Griffiths Way, St. Albans, United Kingdom, AL1 2RE is the “Promoter”.
Unitas Wholesale Limited of 3 Carolina Court, Wisconsin Drive, Doncaster, England, DN4 5RA is “Unitas” and will be responsible for administering the Promotion
3. Chance to Shine of The Kia Oval, Kennington Oval, London, SE11 5SW, United Kingdom (Registered Charity Number 1123385) will be responsible for arranging the fulfilment of the prizes (“Chance to Shine”).
Eligibility
4. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over, who are members of Unitas (each an “Eligible Retailer”). References in these Terms to “Eligible Retailer” and “participant”, respectively, refer to the individual taking part in this Promotion. The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, Unitas or Chance to Shine, respectively or, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or to anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
5. Unitas and the Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or claimant of a prize. Unitas and the Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, which may include proof of purchase, identity, age, residency and address. The Promoter may withhold prizes while it verifies eligibility.
6. Valid telephone number, email address and internet access required.
7. Purchase is required to enter the Promotion.
How to Enter
4. The Promotion will begin at 00:01 on 23rd June 2025 (the “Opening Time”) and close at 23:59 on 13th July 2025 inclusive (the “Closing Time”). The period from the Opening Time and ending at the Closing Time is the “Promotion Period”. All entries into the Promotion online must be received by the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received by the end of the Promotional Period for any reason. Proof of submission shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt
To enter, you will need to, during the Promotion Period:
purchase a minimum of five cases of any combination of the “Qualifying Products” listed in Appendix 1 to these Terms, from a Unitas member wholesaler’s depot or website in a single transaction (a “Qualifying Purchase”); and
visit https://form.jotform.com/250703546077356 to submit an entry by (i) providing your full name, email address, telephone number, the name of your retailer store and, the name of the wholesaler you made the Qualifying Purchase with, and (ii) uploading your proof of Qualifying Purchase.
The completion of all steps in clause 5, shall constitute an entry into the Promotion.
7. Eligible Retailers may only submit one entry per Qualifying Purchase. Participants who seek to enter more than this limit may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means are prohibited and will cause disqualification. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

9. Please ensure you retain proof of Qualifying Purchase, as this will be required to enter and may be required to validate any claim to a prize.
10. Qualifying Products are subject to availability.
Selection of winners
Within four (4) weeks of the Closing Time one winner will be selected at random (via a computer-generated randomizer) from all valid entries received into the Promotion to win the prize.
The Prize
One (1) winner will win the opportunity for themselves and a local cricket club partnered with the Chance to Shine to attend a two-hour cricket training and Q&A session with Jos Buttler, to be held in either Manchester or London (the “Prize”).
The Prize includes:
A two-hour in-person session with Jos Buttler, featuring cricket training and a Q&A;
The chance for the winner to nominate a local cricket club from a list of schools or clubs already working with Chance to Shine to attend the session;
Return travel for the winning retailer, a Chance to Shine coach, and members of the selected cricket club;
Event insurance, arranged and provided by Chance to Shine.
The date, time, and venue of the Prize will be arranged by Wasserman Cricket Limited (on behalf of Jos Buttler) in coordination with Chance to Shine, and will be confirmed directly with the selected club and retailer. The location of the Prize (Manchester or London) will be notified to the winner within 14 days of being awarded the Prize.
The winner will be contacted by Unitas to discuss the Prize and confirm their participation. Following confirmation, Premier Foods and Chance to Shine will coordinate with the winner and the selected cricket club to arrange the event in collaboration with Wasserman Cricket Limited.
Prizes cannot be sold, transferred or auctioned. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash or other alternative, except in circumstances outside the Promoter's control, where the Promoter has the discretion to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value.
There is a maximum of one (1) Prize per participant. It is not possible to claim multiple prizes.
No donation is being made to Chance to Shine in connection with this Promotion.
The maximum number of attendees from the selected cricket club is thirty (30) people. This limit will be managed by Chance to Shine as part of the event coordination.
Winner Announcement and Delivery of the Prize
The winner of the Promotion will be contacted by the Promoter[GK1] [BH2] via the telephone number and/or email address provided at the time of entry within four (4) weeks of the Closing Time (the “Notification Date”). Participants who have not won the Prize will not be notified.
If you are the winner of the Prize, you will have fourteen (14) days from the Notification Date to respond to the notification, confirm acceptance of the Prize, and provide any additional information reasonably requested by Unitas to facilitate the fulfilment of the Prize. If you do not claim the Prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible participant selected at random from the valid entries received in accordance with these Terms, should a winner’s claim become invalid or if the winner cannot accept the Prize for any reason.
The winner will be contacted initially by the Promoter, who will discuss the Prize and obtain consent to proceed. [GK3] [BH4] . The Promoter will then pass the details to Chance to Shine, who will coordinate the event with the selected club and Wasserman Cricket Limited. Chance to Shine will liaise directly with the selected cricket club to arrange the event
24. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide accurate, up-to-date details. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which then affects the acceptance or fulfilment of their prize.
25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability of a participant to take up the prize.
Data Protection and Marketing
By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees that any personal information provided by them with their entry may be held and used by Unitas (its respective agents or suppliers) or the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion. For full details on how your information will be stored, handled and processed, please see Unitas’ Privacy Policy at: https://www.planforprofit.co.uk/privacy-policy.php. The Promoter, and Unitas are bound by, and will use your data in accordance with, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act (2018). Chance to Shine will receive limited personal data necessary to coordinate the Prize event and will use this data solely for that purpose.
27. Winners may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Promotion, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes. Unitas and the Promoter may use the Winner’s surname and county of residence to announce them as the winner of the Promotion. If you do not wish for your personal information to be used for this purpose or, if you wish to limit the amount of personal information that is published, please contact: it@unitaswholesale.co.uk.
28. To receive a list of winner(s) and county of residence of the winner(s) please contact: marketing@unitaswholesale.co.uk within 3 months of the Closing Time. Please note this information may not be disclosed if a participant objects to the disclosure of such information in accordance with clause 28. Where a winning participant has objected to their information being disclosed, Unitas will instead confirm that a valid award has taken place. The Promoter or Unitas, as applicable, may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
Limitation of Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, Unitas (and their respective agents and suppliers), and Chance to Shine will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate winners or, accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, Unitas (and their respective agents and suppliers) or that of their employees, respectively. Your statutory rights are not affected.
General
By entering the Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by (i) these Terms and, to the extent applicable (ii) the Premier Foods Group Limited website general terms of use: https://www.premierfoods.co.uk/SpecialPages/Legal-Notices/LegalNotices-TermsOfUse.aspx. Any entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and the applicable terms set out in this clause will be disqualified.
1 Entries and claims for prizes which do not include all of the information required will be deemed as invalid.
Any decision of the Promoter and / or Unitas, as to eligibility to take part in the Promotion or the result of the Promotion will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
The Promoter and Unitas reserves the right to refuse any entry, claim or award of prizes and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify a participant where it believes there has been a breach of these Terms, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where an Eligible Retailer has gained unfair advantage in participating or claimed, using fraudulent means. The Promoter's and / or Unitas’s decision will be final in this regard.
33. Neither the Promoter nor Unitas accept any responsibility for entries that are late, delayed, incomplete, lost, damaged, incorrectly submitted, are unreadable or misdirected, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, non-availability of the website, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or any other reason.
34. Neither the Promoter nor Unitas accepts any responsibility or liability for (a) any codes, entries or notifications which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.
35. The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers necessary.
36. The Promotion and these Terms are subject the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
