    PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS CAREFULLY

    This is a booking form for the NAPD Conference Exhibitors October 2025 which takes place in The Galmont Hotel, Galway.

    The Galmont Hotel accommodation has been restricted to delegates, but we do have the following hotels available with NAPD Rates, but they will not be accepting bookings for October until April.

    The Connacht Hotel
    The Radison Red Hotel
    The Hyde Hotel
    The Harbour Hotel

    The fee for Exhibiting at the NAPD Conference is the following:

    Lobby Area - Spaces located at the back of the lifts €2,200 (11 Spaces)
    Pre Conference Area €3,000 (13 Spaces)

    Exhibitors will chose their own space. Our main Sponsors have been allocated their space.

    Regular updates will be issued out from NAPD on the booking of stands and who has booked, please review the layouts and contact NAPD immediately if you find you are beside a competitor. You will not be able to move on the day of the Event.

    Maximum Representatives on your stand on each day is TWO People.

    Two tickets for the NAPD Gala Dinner Thursday evening (if you require more please ask Michelle NAPD)

    Access to hundreds of Principals and Deputy Principals over the two days of the Conference

    This year we will also have our NAPD App with all Conference content available

    Please note that your exhibitor space will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

    Pre Conference Exhibiting Area
    The Main Conference Exhibiting Area you will be offered the space with a 6ft x 4ft table and two chairs.

    You will be given a choice as to where you would like to be placed, but this is on a purely first come first served basis. If the space you picked has been chosen by another we will contact you immediately and you can then chose another spot available.

    This is the space that will be provided to you, any banners, pod tables or pull ups must adhere to the size given anything that is larger than this space will not be permitted.

    You have the choice to set up Tuesday Evening 15th October 2025 - BUT this is completely up to the Exhibitor. Conference Registration opens Wednesday at 3:30pm.

    The Main Conference area will then be closed and exhibiting will be finished at 4pm Thursday, 16th October.
    This is to allow for the hotel staff to set up for the Gala Dinner that evening. ALL Exhibitors in this area must dismantle all of their pull up banners, pod tables etc to allow for this, unless they have spoken with Michelle of NAPD with regards to particulars. Please advise the same to those who will be attending on the day of the event also that they will need to move or dismantle the stand/space.

    If you chose the Pre Conference Area to Exhibit you are more than welcome to re set up Friday Morning before conference in the Pre Conference Area again. This is completely up to YOU, BUT YOU will need to advise the hotel so that they have a table for you the next morning.

    PLEASE ALSO NOTE THERE WILL BE NO STORAGE FACILITIES AVAILABLE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS ETC IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RE SET UP FRIDAY MORNING.

    Exhibitors in the pre conference area will not be permitted to move or place themselves in the Lobby area to exhibit on Friday 18th October, as this area will be full of the Exhibitors who chose this particular area to exhibit.

    Lobby Exhibiting Area

    The Lobby Exhibiting area you will be offered the space with a 6ft x 4ft table and two chairs.

    You can set up from the evening of Tuesday 14th and conference will then end Friday 17th October at 12pm.

    Hotel Space and Regulations
    Please note that the space that we are providing for the Exhibition will be the only space that is available and what the hotel have agreed with NAPD.

    No other space in the hotel will be used to Exhibit. Please do not approach a member of the hotel staff, NAPD Staff or Conference Connections staff to be asked to be moved to another location.

    We will have over 700 delegates attend conference this year so space will be very limited as we need to abide by Health and Safety and Fire Regulations.

    Please respect all members of staff at all times.

    NAPD are giving Exhibitors a chance to chose their locations this year so please chose carefully and remember all spaces are first come first served basis and are all subject to change if payment is not received prior to the event.

    No Food or Drink is permitted to be given out from your stand. The only alcohol allowed on the hotel premises is that of the hotels.

    Payments for your Exhibition must be made prior to attending the conference or your space will be passed to another Exhibitor on the waiting list. Please note that all outstanding invoices on your account must be paid prior to registering for this year's conference.

    Invoice and Payment
    An invoice will be issued to the accounts email address you have supplied us with.

    Your invoice must be paid before attending the conference, if your invoice is still outstanding before conference you will not be permitted to attend to exhibit and your stand will be given to another exhibitor.
