I, the undersigned, understand that appointing a keeper does not diminish my responsibility with regard to this dog in any manner and that I remain liable for any costs incurred with the Federation by the keeper. I further accept that the GSDFSA carries no liability whatsoever toward any instance that may arise from this arrangement. I understand that the onus is on me to notify the offices, in writing, of any changes to this agreement.
