Proposal Entry Form

Eligibility
Original works in any medium created are eligible. Preference is given to works created in the past two years with exception for collections curated from institutional collections. No mass-produced forms, factory produced items or reproductions permitted. All prints must be properly signed and numbered in a limited edition.

To Enter
• Indicate interest in a solo or group exhibition tour.
• Provide 10-20 images of proposed artwork in high-resolution jpeg format. Jpegs should be a minimum of 1800 pixels on the long side. Label artwork image files: last name_entry#_title of work.jpg.
• Include image inventory with titles, size, and medium.
• Include CV/resume, biography, and artist or exhibition statement(s).

Entry Fee
• Entries are $30 per proposal.
• Museums and galleries are required to be a member of NDAGA to submit proposals. To become a Gallery Member please download the application at https://www.ndaga.org/resources.html. Annual Gallery membership is $100.

Terms and Conditions

Entry Fee
Entries are $30 per proposal. Artists may become a member of NDAGA for $35 and submit proposals without an entry fee. Museums and galleries are required to be a member of NDAGA to submit proposals. An invoice will be provided after submission, allowing artists to select their preferred payment method. Checks may be made out to the North Dakota Art Gallery Association.

Shipping Information
If selected for tour, exhibitions can be shipped or self-delivered. If shipping, providing proper shipping materials or making arrangements through NDAGA is the responsibility of the artist. NDAGA will provide guidance on acceptable crating and/or packaging for the works and has crates available for loan. Exhibitions that are self-delivered are eligible for reimbursement up to $150 in mileage between venues.

Artist Agreement
This work is of my own design, crafted by me, and the work I tour will be of similar medium, quality, and style. I grant permission to NDAGA to use an artwork image for publicity purposes without compensation. I understand that I am totally responsible for my exhibition, including arranging trasportation and shipping. My submission attests that I have read the material accompanying this form and agree to abide by all rules and policies set forth within.

No Refunds
Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason. By submitting this proposal I have read and understood the terms and conditions.
