By submitting this request to join the membership of First Methodist Church of Azle (FMCA), I acknowledge that I have been baptized and attended a FMCA Membership Class and will follow the Vows of Membership of First Methodist Church of Azle, a Global Methodist Church.

VOWS OF MEMBERSHIP

I believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

I confess Jesus Christ as Savior, and put my whole trust in His grace and promise to serve Him as my Lord.

I profess the Christian faith as contained in the Scriptures.

I promise, according to the grace given me, to keep God's holy will and walk in the same all the days of my life as a faithful member of Christ's holy church.

I will love the saints of First Methodist Church of Azle and will strengthen them through my prayers, my attendance in worship, my financial giving, my service, and my witness of Christ.
