Important Dates

• Art Intake and Display Setup: April 1, 2025 10AM - Noon
• Opening Reception: First Friday April 4 3:30 - 5:30 PM
•Art Pick-up: April 30th 10AM - Noon
Exhibit Requirements:
- Entries: Up to 4 entries per person are allowed of up to 1750 square inches
counting as one entry. Example: Max 36" x 48". Artists are encouraged not to
submit pieces that would more typically be found in small works shows.
- Artists may submit giclee (reproductions) of their original work, but must meet same framing instructions and state so within the Title of the piece. Example: "Spring Flowers - Giclee".
- Entries are due no later than Sunday, March 23, and must be done online at our website: www.palmerlakeartgroup.org or received via snail mail (sent with a check to PLAG, P.O. Box 543, Palmer Lake, CO 80133).
- Cost of entries for MEMBERS of PLAG: $15.00 For the 1st piece, $10.00 each
for the second through fourth pieces.
- Cost of entries for NON-members of PLAG: $25.00 for the 1st piece, $15.00
each for the second through 4th pieces.
- No Bin Art will be accepted into this Show.
- Framing: All art must be framed or Gallery wrapped with a minimum 1.5"
depth. Only wired framing, no sawtooth fittings, will be acceptable.
- Delivery and Hanging of Color Splash Art is on Tuesday, April 1, (delivery from
10:00 am to 12:00 noon, hanging from 12:00 to about 3:00 pm) at the first floor
gallery location Library 21c.
- Opening reception will be on Friday, April 4th at Library 21c from 3:30 - 5:30 PM.
- Please bring food and beverages to share (appetizer or dessert, but no alcohol)
- The COLOR SPLASH show will continue during the month of April, and you will
pick up your art on Wednesday, April 30th, from 10-12 noon.
- Art sold at this show will be commission free. Purchases are made directly
between the artist and the buyer.
- Artists will need to sign a Release of Liability form (s).
