Payment Plan Acknowledgement

Our Payment plan distributes the cost of tuition across three installments with payments due on the following schedule:

$650 due at time of registration.
$2,183 due by July 1
$2,183 due by August 1
$2,184 due by September 1

For any student registering on or after June 25, deposit and tuition payment #1 will be due at time of registration. The remainder payments will be adjusted to two installments thereafter.

By submitting your $650 deposit, you agree to allow HatchSpace to invoice you for the above listed amounts in accordance with the schedule above. For those awaiting scholarship determination, any awarded funds will be evenly applied across your installment payments.

Withdrawals, Refunds & Cancellations
A student who withdraws from the course 45 days or more (by July 31) from the start of class will receive 100% of their deposit and fees, less a $95 non-refundable registration fee. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals less than 45 days (August 1 or after) from the start of the class.

In the rare circumstance that HatchSpace must cancel a program, all students will be provided a 100% refund.

HatchSpace has the right to amend, update, and change all program and organizational policies.
If I have requested scholarship consideration, that completing this registration form does not guarantee a scholarship.
HatchSpace reserves the right to deny or rescind admission for reasons related to community safety.
HatchSpace reserves the right to cancel a program, including but not limited to low enrollment.
