Hey, there! My name's Tim, I'm a tattoo artist at the Shaman's Den in Johnson City, NY. I made this handy questionnaire to streamline my booking process and make things a little more convenient. Fill this thing out and I'll be sending out an email from tattoosbytimwould@gmail.com within a day or so. Check your junk folder. I may somehow end up there.

The shop minimum is $120.

My hourly rate is $125

My day rate is $600 (5-6 hours)

$100 deposit required for all tattoo appointments

NY state law dictates that no one under the age of 18 can get tattooed, regardless of parental consent. Are you at least 18 years of age, or will be on the expected appointment date, who also has a valid form of Gov’t or State issued identification?

In person consultations are always preferred, but I do offer video chat over FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom, or Facebook Video Messenger if you would prefer a video chat. For video chat to be an option, deposits are collected through either Zelle or PayPal. For video chat, you will need a ruler or tape measure to give accurate measurements.

What is your availability for a consultation? What are your days off, typically?If your job doesn’t do set scheduling, what are your days off over the next couple weeks. I’m usually in the shop Wednesday through Sunday, but can work with your schedule if need be. Consultations usually take 15 to 30 minutes.
