Terms & Conditions:
1. All players who have sign up for the competition will be deemed to have read and accepted the prospectus terms, rules, and regulations.
2. The organizer reserves the right to postpone, make changes to the tournament schedule or cancel it in total.
3. Only duly completed registration will be accepted on a "first come first served basis".
4. Duly completed registration means all fields of the form must be completed legibly.
5. In my participation in this tournament, I have read and understood the prospectus and all of the above terms & conditions; and hereby agree to share the above information and abide by them. In this declaration, I hereby agree that I will not hold World-Champ Badminton Pte. Ltd., their appointed staff, and officials responsible in any way for any mishaps, injuries, or loss of life or for loss of or damage to any property howsoever arising out of or in the course or in connection with the above activities; and I shall indemnify World-Champ Badminton Pte. Ltd., their appointed staff and officials from and against any actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses which may be brought by or asserted against them by any person in connection with the same.
