Our Easter Selections Includes:
- Purely Chiappetti Whole Leg of Lamb - 8-12 lbs
- Boneless Netted Lamb Leg from Niman Ranch - 6 lb avg. (can cut in half)
- Pasture Fed Beef Brisket - choice from 2 to 10 lbs.
- Half Ham Spiral Cut, Boneless: This ham is a half portion of the ham, meaning it has been sliced from the bone, but still maintains its spiral shape. It's boneless, making it easy to slice and serve.
- Half Ham Spiral Sliced, Bone-in: Similar to the boneless version, but this one still has the bone intact. It's been spiral sliced, which means it's easier to carve and serve.
- Half Ham, Bone-in: This ham is a half portion of the ham with the bone still attached. It's not spiral sliced, so carving may require a bit more effort.
- Half Ham, Boneless: This half ham has been removed from the bone, making it easier to carve and serve. It's not spiral sliced.
- Quarter Ham, Boneless: A smaller portion of ham, typically one quarter of the whole ham, and it's boneless. It's suitable for smaller gatherings or when a smaller amount of ham is needed.
- Whole Ham Spiral, Bone-in: A whole ham with the bone still intact, but it has been spiral sliced for easier serving. It's suitable for larger gatherings and occasions.
- Whole Ham Spiral-cut, Boneless: This whole ham has been removed from the bone and spiral sliced, making it convenient to serve.
