2025 NELA Nomination Form

Nominations are anonymous, therefore, the person you nominate will not be able to see who nominated them.

Please note: This form serves as a nomination. Nominations will close on April 25th. All nominees must fill out the NELAs application that will be sent to their email after they have been nominated. Nominees must fill out an application in order to be considered for a NELA award. Each individual only needs to be nominated once.
