Kidfest Exhibitor Application

Load In & Set Up: Saturday, June 7 @ 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

Notice of acceptance/denial will be emailed by Friday, April 11, 2025.
Vendors will be notified of acceptance and contacted for payment.
Payment is due no later than Friday, May 2, 2025.

The following information is needed in order to participate in Kidfest during the SC Festival of Flowers. The information you provide in this application may be used in a variety of SC Festival of Flowers promotional materials. 

Please provide information as you would like to see it published.  

• The SC Festival of Flowers DOES NOT supply tables, chairs, tents, or any supplies.
• All applications are sent to a committee to determine acceptance. Past participation does not guarantee entry.
• Only online applications will be accepted.
• There is no rain date for the event.
• Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
• Exhibitors may not "rent" their space or any part of it to anyone else. Only the applicant/exhibitor that submitted the entry may set up for Kidfest.
• There are no electrical hook ups available. Use of silent “generators” is encouraged.
• No exhibit may dismantle prior to closing time. Late arrival and early breakdown will not be permitted.
• This is an outdoor show. There will be a designated area to park your vehicle/trailer. You will not have immediate access to your vehicle or trailer.
• Space assignments and parking instructions will be given at load in and set up.
• Exhibits MUST be set up no later than 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, June 7th. All exhibitors must be ready for kids by 9:00 am.
• We do not have the staff to offer a break from your booth.
• Failure to comply with the rules, disorderly conduct, or verbal abuse by the vendor or assistants will result in immediate expulsion from the show.
• Refunds are not given for any reason. (Rain, illness, time conflict, etc.)

SC Festival of Flowers Kidfest General Release Terms

General Release Terms (signature required for processing) In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the South Carolina Festival of Flowers, Greenwood SC Chamber of Commerce and/or the City of Greenwood, their agents, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to South Carolina Festival of Flowers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of South Carolina Festival of Flowers.

Payment will not be processed until acceptance and not before. We will contact you for payment. Fee of $25 must be received by Friday, May 2, 2025 to secure your space.

I understand the decision of the SC Festival of Flowers is final. If accepted, I agree to abide by the event rules and regulation. Also, I do hereby discharge the SC Festival of Flowers, the City of Greenwood, Greenwood County and/or the Greenwood SC Chamber of Commerce from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and property while participating in the SC Festival of Flowers. Any photos  taken on behalf of the show of any exhibits/exhibitors, are the sole property of the Festival.

Submitting this application denotes review and acceptance of the SC Festival of Flowers Kidfest Exhibitor Waiver of Liability, including fee payment deadline, insurance and indemnification, and the SCFOF right of approval.
