In consideration of the RV Industry Association (the “RVIA”) and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, member organizations, successors, assigns, and representatives and the Event volunteers, sponsors, and organizers (collectively, the “Releasees”) affording the undersigned the facilities, amenities, and tools to participate in the RVIA Emerging Leaders Coalition volunteer park restoration project taking place at Bonneyville Mill County Park (Indiana) on or around May 15, 2025 (the “Event”), the undersigned agrees as follows:

    1. The undersigned, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Releasees from and against any and all claims, demands, damages (both compensatory and punitive), actions, causes of actions, costs, loss of services or consortium, and expenses incurred for the death, personal injury, sickness, loss of property, or property damage sustained by the undersigned as a result of the undersigned’s participation in any activities, including, without limitation, any volunteer or recreational activities, at or during the Event. This Release includes, without limitation, any claims, damages, and losses that may arise out of the negligence, carelessness, recklessness, or willful or wanton conduct on the part of the Releasees. This Release also includes, without limitation, any claims, damages, and losses that may arise from the condition of the Event facilities, amenities, or tools and any injuries that may result therefrom. I agree not to make or bring any such claim against any of the Releasees, and I forever release and discharge the Releasees from liability under such claims.

    2. My participation is voluntary and done at my own risk. I voluntarily assume all risks of loss, damage, injury, sickness, or death that may be sustained by me while participating in the Event.

    3. I acknowledge that serious accidents occasionally occur and may occur at any time during volunteer activities and that participants in volunteer activities such as the Event occasionally sustain fatal, disabling, or serious personal injuries as a result of their participation. Knowing the risks of participating in such activities, I nevertheless hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and hold the Releasees harmless.

    4. In the event I suffer an illness, injury, or medical emergency at any time during the Event, I hereby authorize and give my consent to the Releasees to secure from any accredited hospital, clinic, and/or physician any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate care. I agree that I will be fully responsible for payment of any and all medical services and treatment rendered to me, including, but not limited to, medical transport, medications, treatment, and hospitalization. I further agree that none of the Releasees undertake an obligation to secure medical treatment for my care.

    5. I grant to the Releasees, without limitation, the perpetual right and license to use my name, image, and likeness in connection with the Event for any publicity without further compensation or permission.
