    Load In & Set Up:
    Friday, June 6 @ 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
    Saturday, June 7 @ 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

  • Polices & Guidelines

    • All applications are sent to a jury to determine acceptance. Past participation does not guarantee entry. A limited number of vendors are accepted.
    • The jury cannot physically examine all products, so they must rely on photos. Submit quality photos that represent all work to be sold. Please submit three to four required photos. Please do not send any additional photos.
      • A photo of your vendor booth. Make sure it shows a great presentation.
      • Two different photos of food products to be sold.
      • A copy of your menu
    • Only online applications will be accepted.
    • There is no rain date for the event.
    • Layout is determined by the Event Committee.
    • Participants are responsible for all tables, chairs, tents, and supplies needed for booth set-up. The SC Festival of Flowers DOES NOT supply tables, chairs, tents, or any supplies.
    • There are no electrical hook ups available.
    • Vendors are required to provide their own power through generators. Use of silent “generators” is encouraged.
    • No vendor may dismantle prior to closing time. Late arrival and early breakdown will not be permitted during show hours.
    • Space assignments and parking instructions will be given at load in and set up.
    • Vendors MUST be set up no later than 11:30 a.m. on Friday morning & 9:30 a.m. on Saturday morning
      We do not have the staff to offer vendors a break. Vendors should work with each other for coverage if needed.
    • Failure to comply with the rules, disorderly conduct, or verbal abuse by the vendor or assistants will result in immediate expulsion from the show.
    • Refunds are not given for any reason. (Rain, illness, time conflict, etc.)
  • Notice of acceptance/denial will be emailed by Friday, April 18, 2025.

  • Vendors will be notified of acceptance and contacted for payment.
    Payment is due no later than Wednesday, April 25, 2025.

  • Food Vendor Fee to Participate: $350

  • Participants are responsible for any tables, chairs, tents, and supplies needed for booth set-up. The SC Festival of Flowers DOES NOT supply tables, chairs, tents, or any supplies (unless other pre-arrangements have been made). Vendors are required to provide their own power through generators. Use of silent “generators” is encouraged.

    Spaces will be assigned by the commitee. In the event of inclement weather, no fees will be refunded.

    The following information is needed in order to be a food vendor during the SC Festival of Flowers. The information you provide in this application may be used in a variety of SC Festival of Flowers promotional materials.

  • SC Festival of Flowers Food Vendor General Release Terms

    General Release Terms (signature required for processing) To be included as a SC Festival of Flowers Food Vendor you must be approved.  The SC Festival of Flowers reserves the right to refuse any applicant. The undersigned also does hereby forever discharge the City of Greenwood, Greenwood County and its employees and the SC Festival of Flowers and Greenwood SC Chamber of Commerce and their organizers and volunteers from any and all undersigned while in the possession or supervision of this event, and consents to the enforcement of the fair rules as published. 
    Note: Your business is responsible for following all local and state laws regarding permits and collecting sales tax. ***WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING TABLES OR CHAIRS***

    I understand the decision of the SC Festival of Flowers Arts & Crafts Show jury is final. If accepted, I agree to abide by the event rules and regulation. 

    In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the South Carolina Festival of Flowers, Greenwood SC Chamber of Commerce and/or the City of Greenwood, their agents, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to South Carolina Festival of Flowers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of South Carolina Festival of Flowers.

  • Submitting this application denotes review and acceptance of the SC Festival of Flowers Food Vendor Waiver of Liability, including fee payment deadline, insurance and indemnification, and the SCFOF right of approval. Insurance and indemnification: Your organization shall indemnify and hold the Greenwood SC Chamber and the SC Festival of Flowers, its directors, officers, agents and employees harmless from and against any and all claims arising from or in connection with your event, unless such claim is due to the sole negligence of the SC Festival of Flowers.

  • Payment will not be requested until after committee has reviewed and accepted your application.

    Notice of acceptance/denial will be emailed by Friday, April 18, 2025. Vendors will be notified of acceptance and contacted for payment. Payment is due no later than Friday, April 25th, 2025. Payment may be made by credit card, check, or money order.
