ConnectFutures Youth Advisory Board Application
Thank you for choosing to apply to the ConnectFutures first-ever Youth Advisory Board! After entering your personal information, this application has 3 key questions. You can submit an answer that is either typed, a voice note, or a video (feel free to mix and match across the questions). There is no “better” option and no extra points for using one method over another. We want you to express yourself in the way that suits you best. You’ll find a short prompt with each question to guide your answers. If you are under 18 there is a section at the end for parent/ guardian consent. If you have any questions or need support, feel free to contact our Youth Engagement Officer, Savannah, at savannah@connectfutures.org. Applications close Saturday 12th April at 23:59pm. (PLEASE BE SURE TO CLICK SUBMIT AT THE END AND CHECK THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL)
