My business is agreeing to be a Participant in the SC Festival of Flower's event in Uptown Greenwood.

In consideration of my participation in this event, the SC Festival of Flowers shall provide:
• Advance marketing, promotion and publicity
• All wine and wine pouring supplies
• Volunteer pourers assigned to your business
• Temporary Alcohol Permit
TEMPORARY ALCOHOL PERMIT GUIDELINES:

In consideration of the Greenwood SC Chamber providing a temporary alcohol permit, I understand that I am limited to serving only wine during the hours of the event. In accordance with SC Law, all other forms of alcohol are prohibited from being served. Violation of this covenant exposes the participating business to possible legal penalties by State Law and shall impact your future participation in all Greenwood SC Chamber’s Wine Walk events.
Should I violate this rule, I understand that I will NOT be permitted to participate in both Topiaries & Tastings and the Chamber's Grape Stomp for two years.*

In consideration of my participation as a Wine Stop in this event, I agree to:*

Provide a location within my business for Topiaries & Tastings volunteers to greet guests, pour wine, and pay the Sponsor Fee payment of $75. (food trucks will be at uptown market for participants to enjoy before & after)

Fee to Participate: $75

Topiaries & Tastings applications must be received by Friday, April 11th, 2025. Spaces will be approved on a first come, first serve basis. In the event of inclement weather, no fees will be refunded. Businesses will be notified as to their acceptance by Friday, April 18th, 2025
Payment will not be processed until acceptance and not before.

We will contact you for payment. Fee of $75 must be received by Wednesday, May 14, 2025 to secure your space. Payment may be made by credit card, check, or money order. Submission of application does not guarantee approval.

Submitting this application denotes review and acceptance of the SC Festival of Flowers Waiver of Liability, including fee payment deadline, insurance and indemnification, and the SCFOF right of approval. Insurance and indemnification: Your organization shall indemnify and hold the Greenwood SC Chamber and the SC Festival of Flowers, its directors, officers, agents and employees harmless from and against any and all claims arising from or in connection with your event, unless such claim is due to the sole negligence of the SC Festival of Flowers.
