  • This form allows members of the Students' Council to declare conflicts of interest and duty. It does not matter if a conflict is real or perceived, you must disclose it!

    Even if you are unsure if you have a real or perceived conflict, it is still recommended that you make a declaration. Please review the Conflict of Duty and Interest Fact Sheet for additional information.

    Making a declaration does not result in a negative outcome and can protect you as a student representative. Once you make your declaration, the Speaker or your Committee Chair will work with you to determine how significant your conflict is and how it can be proactively managed.
