What product or service will be sold at the event? Anything not listed is not approved. We must know all products that will be sold. (NO MLM BRANDS)

Are you a Food Truck? If so, Do you have all of your permits? We will also need proof as well. We are only allowing 5 Food Trucks for this event. If you are not selected you will be placed on a waitlist incase we are approved to open up more Food Truck spots. Please answer call question below and advised that you understand.
If your business is selected to be apart of the event you will recive an email with your next steps and link to submit your payment. Your payment is what locks in your vendor spot! No spots are held.

The vendor fee is $125 (early registration before May 1st), the Vendor fee is $175 (late registration fee after May 1st). Fee for Non-Profits and Service Vendors is $75, and must provide proof for non-profit status. NO SELLING for service only vendors. Fee for Food Trucks is $150 and $200 after May 1st. Vendor registration ends on May 30th

This is a 10X10 space (for vendors). A tent is not required but you are welcome to have one. Lighting is highly encouraged for outside spaces. We do have a some spaces where a tent is no perminted. Areas that tents are not allowed will have shades. Vendors will be provided with 1 6ft table and 2 chairs. No tents are allowed for inside spaces.

All signage must be professionally displayed. Do not hang signage on the windows. You must have a fabric or elastic table cloth no disposable table cloths.

To support the unloading process, with the traffic Downtown, there will be an option to unload up to 48 hours prior to the event, in a locked area. This is completely optional and was presented by the Arizona Center to support our vendors. This is definitely not mandatory at all.

There will be a designated unloading zone near the venue. More details will be sent in regards to set up. We still recommend bringing dollies and wagons to help with loading and unloading. You will not be able to drive into the market area.
