World EBHCD - Event Submission Form 2026

We invite organisations to support World EBHC Day by hosting a free and public event between 16-24 October on any topic related to evidence-based healthcare and beyond. Events do not have to be specific to this years theme, nor previous campaigns.

Your event can take many forms such as webinars, crowd sourcing, online or in person conferences and/or symposiums.

BECOMING AN EVIDENCE AMBASSADOR

Successfully register your event and your event coordinator and your organisation will automatically become Evidence Ambassadors.

Complete all the details on the submission form below and this will provide us with the information required to create your personalised Evidence Ambassador social media tiles and give you and/or your organisation global exposure via the Evidence Ambassador page on the World EBHC Day website.

All contributors for this activity are welcome to become Evidence Ambassadors, please note that as part of this submission a profile image of each contributor is required, otherwise we cannot accept the individual as an Evidence Ambassador.

Is your event free and open to the public?

All official World EBHC Day events must be free and made available to the public.

You are welcome to host an internal only event for your organisation or institution, however this will not be an official event hosted on the website. If you would like some promotional material for your internal event however please contact info@worldebhcday.org

Advice for profile pictures

Your light source should be in front of you, not behind. For example, stand facing a window.
Keep your background simple so that you stand out.
Make sure there is plenty of room around your face. There should be some space above your head and include your shoulders in the picture.
