By signing below, the customer agrees to the following credit terms with MAP Food Services Pty Ltd:

Payment terms — The maximum term for payment of any invoice is 30 days from the invoice date, unless earlier terms have been agreed in writing.

Overdue accounts — Overdue invoices may incur late fees and interest charged at 15% per annum, calculated and accruing daily on the outstanding balance until paid in full.

Personal guarantee — The director/owner signing below personally guarantees payment of all amounts owed by the business and accepts personal liability for the debt if the business fails to pay.

Change in financial position — The customer must immediately notify MAP Food Services of any material change to the company's financial stability or ability to pay.
