By submitting this form, I am allowing volunteer artists associated with runt magazine to repair the above mentioned garment.
I acknowledge that:
- repairs are done in good faith at no cost.
- volunteers may make repairs in homes with cats, dogs, or environmental circumstances that may trigger allergies. (if applicable, please note allergies in the comments section above).
- repairs can take up to 30 days and that I will be contacted via email, text message, or phone call upon completion.
- I must coordinate a pick up date that is within 45 days after repair completion. Garments not retrieved or failure to contact the runt team within 45 days of notification of completion will result in the donation of my garment.
- by selecting the "sashiko visible patch" option, my repaired garment will come with the stick and peel mending guide still attached and that it will come off in the wash.
- I agree to drop off, pick up, and/or ship clean garments at my own expense.
- runt's volunteer artists will refuse service for any unwashed garments
