This plan is designed for weekly meetings within a quarter system environment. For semester school Student-Athletes, this session plan meets weekly for the first 8 weeks, then shifts to every other week for the final 8 weeks of the semester. This plan is designed to offer more consistent support during the most critical period of adjustment, then ease into a maintenance rhythm as routines are established.
Meets once per week for a full 16-week semester. Offers comprehensive support from the first day of class through finals — ideal for athletes with big goals or students managing transitions, academic pressure, or performance demands.
