  • To enrol your organisation for the course, you will need to agree to the Terms and conditions, which outline details on data and privacy, terms of use, and permitted and prohibited activities. You can read the Terms and conditions here. 

  • 3. Course delivery method

  • There are two ways your organisation can deliver the course to your learners:

    URL: Course administrators receive a unique URL learners can use to access and self-enrol in the course using their name and organisational email.

    LMS Dispatch: The course is delivered via a Dispatch file (SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 formats) that allows course administrators to host the course using their own Learning Management System (LMS).

    If you opt to deliver the course via Dispatch, you can configure the course to enable Personal Identifying Information (PII) hashing, which will anonymise user data. Please note that this may limit your ability to identify users.

  • 5. Additional course places

  • UKRIO subscibers are entitled to a fixed number of free places in this course, based on their tier:

    • Tier 1: 1,000 places
    • Tier 2: 700 places
    • Tier 3: 200 places

    The places are automatically capped.

    Additional places can be purchased at a discounted rate of £5–£8 per enrolment, with further discounts for bulk purchases.

    UKRIO subscribers should have received an email from info@ukrio.org detailing the number of free places available to them for this course. If you have additional questions about your allotted free course places, please contact your UKRIO account manager or info@ukrio.org.
