This award category is open to UK or European registered startup biotech companies with proof of incorporation or commencement of operations on or after 1 June 2022

The questions on the entry form (on the next page) are split across SEVEN key areas:
1. Product/Need: What area of unmet need are you addressing and how will you positively impact patients?
2. Clinical Trial activity: Provide detail of your early clinical trial activity or proof of concept
3. Business Plan: Share your early stage business plan that supports your continued business growth
4. Story: Share your company 'story' and include examples of early news flow and a link to your company website
5. Fundraising: Include proof of grant funding success, along with Seed/Series A fundraising and an outline of your future fundraising strategy
6. Team: Provide detail of your broad, diverse, and credible Management Team & Board, that exemplifies your Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategy
7. ESG: How are you incorporating an Environmental, Social and Governance strategy within your everyday business operations
