 We Care Online works diligently to accomodate students needing a CNA, CMA, CNA Refresher, and Paid Nutrition Assistant classes. By signing up to be placed on the course notification list, We Care Online we will work on getting a class in your town, county, or surrounding area. Students on the course notificaiton list will be notified when we have a class list and you can enroll into.

The CNA course lasts approximately 4 weeks.

The classroom portion is 100% online and consists of 45 hours of instruction. It is self-paced, allowing students to access materials and complete weekly assignments on their own schedule, without fixed class times.

The clinical/lab portion requires 45 in-person contact hours.

Students must complete both the classroom and clinical components at the same location. For example, a student cannot enroll in the Wichita course in April and then take clinicals in Topeka in June. Per state regulations (KDADS), each course must be taken as a complete unit and cannot be split across locations or sessions.

The CMA course lasts approximately 7 weeks.

The classroom portion is 100% online and consists of 50 hours of instruction. It is self-paced, allowing students to access materials and complete weekly assignments on their own schedule, without fixed class times.

The clinical/lab portion requires 25 in-person contact hours.

Students must complete both the classroom and clinical components at the same location. For example, a student cannot enroll in the Wichita course in April and then take clinicals in Topeka in June. Per state regulations (KDADS), each course must be taken as a complete unit and cannot be split across locations or sessions.

The CNA Refresher course is set up on an individual student basis.

The classroom is 100% online and is 5hrs in length.  Students can access the classroom on their own time.  There is not a scheduled time to attend the classroom.  Students will have a total of 6 days to complete the 5hrs once the course is set up.

Clinicals are conducted in-person and are 5 1/2hrs in length. The date of clinicals will be determined once we gather more information from you.

We Care Online will attempt to customize this class as much as possible around the student's schedule.

Please note: It takes a minimum of 4 weeks to set up any new course with the state of Kanas.  This course will be at least 4weeks from today's date, minimum if we customize it around your schedule.

We do recommend checking out classes already posted on our student registration page.  There may be a class that works for you there that is already arranged.

The PNA course lasts approximately 1 week.

The classroom portion is 100% online and consists of 8 hours of instruction. It is self-paced, allowing students to access materials and complete weekly assignments on their own schedule, without fixed class times.

The clinical/lab portion requires 4 in-person contact hours.

Students must complete both the classroom and clinical components at the same location. For example, a student cannot enroll in the Wichita course in April and then take clinicals in Topeka in June. Per state regulations (KDADS), each course must be taken as a complete unit and cannot be split across locations or sessions.
